Terms Of Service:

❤ I reserve the right to refuse any commission on any basis.
❤ I reserve ownership to all art I create and the right to post them publicly as I see fit.
❤ My prices are for PERSONAL use only. (I do not consider twitch emotes as commercial use.)
❤ Please contact me directly for COMMERCIAL contracts. (My general pricing is 3x the price listed of my personal commissions but extra fees may apply depending on the context of the work.)
❤ My prices are non-negotiable. Do NOT contact me requesting free or cheaper art.
❤ Payment is accepted via PayPal and CashApp and ONLY in USD.
❤ FULL payment is required UPFRONT before I will start the commission. Or 50% Upfront and 50% After sketches approved.
❤ NO REFUNDS once sketches have been approved. There will be a 25% fee if you request a refund after I send you the sketch.
❤ I only allow 1 large revision (ex. changing the entire composition), or 3 small revisions (ex. accessory expression change) per illustration.
❤ All pose/expression edits must be done in the sketch phase. (I will not change lineart once I start coloring)
❤ I do not accept rush commissions at this time. However if I have not contacted you within 3 weeks feel free to ask for an update.
❤ I will NOT draw in any style other than my own. The ONLY exception is for Semi-Realistic pet portraits.
