❤ By Commissioning me you are agreeing to all of the below Terms of Service.
❤ I do not accept rush commissions. However if I have not contacted you within 1 month feel free to ask for an update.
❤ Please include any heart emoji in your request so I know you have read my terms.
❤ My artwork cannot be used to train AI or make NFTs.
❤ These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
Artist Rights
❤ I reserve the right to refuse any commission on any basis.
❤ I reserve ownership to all art I create and the right to showcase them publicly as I see fit.
❤ I reserve the right to post and use the artwork for social media and content creation purposes.
Pricing
❤ My prices are for PERSONAL use only. (I do not consider twitch emotes as commercial use.)
❤ Please contact me directly for COMMERCIAL contracts. (My general pricing is 3x the price listed of my personal commissions but extra fees may apply depending on the context of the work.)
❤ My prices are non-negotiable. Do NOT contact me requesting free or cheaper art.
❤ Payment is accepted via VGen, and Ko-Fi ONLY and ONLY in USD.
❤ Trusted Repeat Customers may use CashApp or PayPal to pay if preferred.
❤ FULL payment is required UPFRONT before I will start the commission.
❤ Payment plans may be requested in certain situations and ONLY if your invoice is $200+ USD.
Illustration Specific
❤ I only allow 2 large revision (ex. changing the entire composition), or 4 small revisions (ex. accessory, color, expression change, ect.) per illustration. (Unless it is a mistake on my end)
❤ All pose/expression edits must be done in sketch phase. (I will not change lines once I start coloring)
❤ I will NOT draw in any style other than my own.
❤ I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time with or without explanation.
❤ NO REFUNDS on illustrations once sketches have been approved. There will be a 25% fee if you request a refund after I send you the sketch.
